| After being of work for four weeks to recover from my operation the first couple of days have been hard but i'm happy to be doing something again.Now i just need to start getting myself ready for my first half marathon this year and am looking forward to it. | ||

I'd just like to say THANKYOU to all of those who wished me well with my operation. It all went well no problems except the after pain and not getting much sleep at the moment.I will see you all soon have a happy xmas and a new year,Maybe seeing some of you by then. [more...]

| Why do i bother, i just got a chocolate cake and trifle.Trifle to eat later and the cake for a munch this evening but had a coffee and then had the trifle which was then folloed by the cake.All i can say is it was very nice and sorry you missed it. | ||

| Well i know i push myself and set high standars at work and pleasure but this time i've gone a bit to far and have got to go to the hospital for an op. I must learn to take things more easy,well i haven't got much choice now. So no marathon running for some time. Not Happy. | ||

| Its amazing how you spend some time with someone and then they think they know every thing. Then go on to tell you what you should do to sort out your life,even if it doesn't need sorting out. Then when everything goes wrong its your fault and you didn't take any notice of what they said. | ||

| I went out for the first time in ages(years)on saturday and have just realised what i've been missing. The company and the atmosfear was fantastic, i also realised that seeing something in real life can feel so good and can carry more meaning than seeing the dvd/film. | ||

| Mistress has told me to up-date the way things are going with the "challenge". Mistress wanted info no Discomfort: Well it took a few days for me to get use to the device being locked back on but nothing to cry about and that has eased to nothing after the first week. | Tell me why some people seem to get off on stopping other's from having a good time. It is strange how they call themselfs friends but don't seem to want anyone else to have fun. The world can and will carry on without them so maybe they should get that chip of their shoulder and try to blend in with the life of others. Life is bad enough and that is why we do what we do to try and get some enjoyment from it. We will carry on with or without them they are not important enough to let them ruin are lifes. | ||
