Well i did it, i made it to the LAM no panic attacks on the train, and only one wobble at the LAM when the fashion show started and there was lots of people in one place. Thanks to Master_magic and BB who both looked after me, and i had to reward myself for getting there, so i bought a magic wand :o. ok now i might never leave my house again but for a good reason this time.

and top to the day of i got a shitty memo saying, if you are female!!! just cos i might have answered it a bit shortly, even made me smile
