Over the last year, i have felt like i have been on a massive roller coaster ride. With really steep ups and downs but getting no where, just going round and round in circles, But over the weekend and speaking to some friends who have said amazing words of encouragement and doing someone hard thinking. Today i woke up with a clearer head.
I feel that i have stepped of this ride. I am not going to sit round regretting things in the past because i cant change them, and i'm going to remember to smile have fun and not inspect my navel so often.
