| I come from a very boaty family. This weekend my father offered to teach me the art (slowly being lost) of whipping ropes. What a wonderful skill for a father to pass on to his daughter. If only he knew!!! | ||

| The sand was still warm to my touch as I ran my fingers gently along its surface tracing the outline of shapes that lay deep within my subconscious. I looked out across the bay and watched the sweep of the lighthouse once again dance across the water into the depths of the black horizon.
