Not long ago (in OT) there was a thread about crazy Xian beliefs which linked to a page which linked to some other thread which discussed the bible. (Sorry, can't find either thread now.) There were some serious Xians (or jokers) who believed that the King James Version was the original. Nowhere in my KJV does it say "oh hai, this be a translation from teh He Brew and teh Greek" so obviously I believe that teh big man in teh sky dictated the hole ting in English. [more...]

I don't quite remember how it started, but for a while I used to text my partner messages like "I have a 'good friend' who is a sex slave and who would ..." One day she asked me what I thought a sex slave was, and I was "Er ..." But I've decided now - being a sex slave is just like being a gigolo but on non-union rates of pay. It's just as well really that I don't demand the gigolo union's wages, as I don't look like the young Richard Gere. [more...]

Trope is horrible word and one much overused on the internets. 'Submission is a gift' is a trope of IC and BDSM in general, but this leaves out the 'two to tango' nature of relationships. [more...]
