| To most it is a time for togetherness, a perfect excuse to have those we love around us. It can be a time of reflection where we remember the good times of the past year with a warm smile and maybe shed a tear as we recall those who have hurt us, a sad thought about those we may have hurt. Every year for as long as I can remember it has been bad for one reason or another and, despite my best attempts to make this one different regardless of recent events in my life marring the spirit, this one proved to be no exception. | I've read a few posts now of folk who are feeling down, sometimes without even knowing why, and I have thought "know that feeling". In fact I felt just that way right up until yesterday.
