| We've eventually got the pc up and running again- it had a wobbly and after a CMOS battery change locked up everyone else's documents! | Blast and bother it! No VE tonight for us. The snow is still coming down, I heard on the radio that the M6 is chokka and to top it all it's taken Himself over 40 mins to drive a hundred yards, so He's abandoned His car and is walking the 6 miles home in the blizzard. Think Amundsen not Scott!!! I really want Him home in one piece! Apparently the town is gridlocked due to slippery roads and jack-knifed lorries. He says the buses are going sideways! He's had to find somewhere safe to abandon the car, or else it would get side-swiped by all the buses! [more...] | ||

| I'm drinking coffee and trying to stay awake. Himself is in bed with man-flu (poor lamb is really icky- no snogging Him tonight!!) Youngest has gone on a school trip and is not expected back till nearly midnight, so I am the nominated driver to pick him and his mate up from the school lay-by and deliver them safely home. | I got shown a leaflet yesterday about the Disability Discrimination Act. The interesting bit was what *doesn't* count as a disability. This includes lifestyle choices such as tattoos and piercings; kleptomania, fire-setting, physical and sexual abuse of others (they don't mention consensual or not ), exhibitionism and voyeurism. | Went back to clinic yesterday p.m. and had the dressings off. The biopsy results are back- all is well. Such a relief! To keep things light with the kids we told them that I got an A* for my results with a Distinction in bruising! All the lower half of each boob is yellow! And the nipples are a lovely shade of blue. Everything is still all puffy and swollen, so the top quarter of each boob looks normal and the lower three-quarters look like porno-tits, (apart from the colour of course!)
