| 20 Apr 10 | The Occasional Lurker | (20 Apr 10, 8:37 PM by maihri) |
| Yup, still here and still lurking on occasion. I'm far too nosy to keep away from IC completely. I like to know what's going on. Besides with my lack of tact it can be embarrassing meeting old friends and enquiring innocently about their other halves only to find that that particular relationship went south a long time ago! [more...] | ||
| 2 Feb 10 | Dudley Munch (5) | (2 Feb 10, 10:46 PM by kitiara) |
| The new Dudley munch venue was off to a flying start last month. The pub has a variety of beers, with some guests on tap, and the food was more than acceptable. It was good value too, especially if you go in pairs as it's one of those two for one deals. [more...] | ||

| 14 Jul 09 | Just Lurking (3) | (14 Jul 09, 10:33 PM by Jezzebelle) |
| Goodness me, I've nothing much to say today, except hello to those who know me. Still lurking here on IC, though I don't pop in as often as I used to. That tends to happen after a while. Real-life takes over and sitting in front of the computer screen loses it's fascination. [more...] | ||

| 10 Nov 08 | Not My Kink (1) | (10 Nov 08, 11:22 AM by Illuminated) |
| Whilst in the shower I had a thought- I think people who make love with the lights out are weird. You see, it's not my kink. I like to see what I'm doing, the expression on my partner's face, the intensity of their gaze. [more...] | ||

| I don't normally shop with Waitrose. On the odd occasion, when they give me vouchers (so desperate are they for my custom,) I indulge and get it delivered via Ocado. A very nice man phoned me at 8.53 this morning to say that they were running early, and could he deliver? [more...] | ||
| 24 Aug 08 | Marks | (24 Aug 08, 6:52 PM by maihri) |
| Why do we like our marks so much? I have a yellow bruise on my arm, acquired through some mysterious agency (I must have banged my arm at work, but I don't remember) which I think hideous. Are marks cherished signs of our submission, or awards for bearing pain? (Blue and purple ribbon of course!) [more...] | ||
| 24 Jul 08 | Private Lives- Max Moseley (3) | (25 Jul 08, 12:13 AM by Miss_Violet) |
| So the judgement has down on Max's side- I am so pleased. I think the judge was right to tick him off- he was laying himself open to blackmail- but just because the News of the World's readers were interested in Mr Moseley's private life, doesn't mean that it was in the public interest to expose it! | Can anyone tell me if there's an alternative English name for 'rayon challis'? Or where I can buy some in the UK? Or if there's a similar fabric that I could use as an alternative? It's to make a full circle skirt with good drape and movement to it for dancing. [more...] | ||
| 6 Jul 08 | UK Whip Convention From a Non-Combatants POV! (7) | (6 Jul 08, 9:10 PM by PFLsAgain) |
| I had such fun yesterday at the Whip Convention. We all like to be useful, and I was put to work taking money on the door and selling raffle tickets. We had a good crowd, a mix of the circus crowd (nice boys from Oxford who *tried* to teach me poi) and fellow kinksters. [more...] | ||

| 10 Jun 08 | The Victorian Sex Traveller (1) | (10 Jun 08, 6:54 PM by Sweetiejar) |
| Luckily we have two TVs in the house, so while youngest nipped upstairs to watch Warship, I settled down to watch the Victorian Sex Traveler, without fear of blushing. It was all about Richard Burton of Kama Sutra, (not Liz Taylor!) fame. I didn't know much about him, and the show was very interesting. He must have been a very clever man, to learn so many languages and customs that he could pass as a native, not only in India, but Egypt too. [more...] | ||
