| It's good to be home, very good. I've had a hard few weeks with a work schedule that has taken me all over the UK. It's not letting up either. I know I have a week working down in Dorset before the end of the month. So Friday night saw me do battle on the M6. As anyone who has attempted M5/M6 on a Friday night will tell you it quickly turns into Britain's largest car park. But to get home is always special. [more...] | ||

| This weekend was the first anniversary of the death of my Husband. So I was deeply moved to spend it with my adopted family. I had been a bit introspective in the time leading up to that day, not surprising really. I pondered the things that I thought I had done right and the bits that perhaps I had either got wrong or could have done better. There was so much to do it was always going to be a tough call to get it all right. Going back to work, moving house twice, getting out and about scene wise too. | Well I am glad to see that Godiva is converted to the wonderful world of camper vans. Now, I really must qualify that one for you. You see the vans in question have things like showers and aircon and flat screen TV's. Not so much camping as your own little home on wheels. So with PD and myself both having said camper vans and both being divers we had decided to head off to Cornwall for a few days diving. [more...] | ||
