| Went to see ghost last night and what a great show the effects were fab and the actress who played Oda Mae Brown was perfect. Some of the songs were lovely one or two things were different to the film but if you accept the play for what it is then its extremely enjoyable worth a visit. [more...] | ||

| Some things in life are hard to accept when we have to take a long hard look at ourself, well recently l have had to do that, being type 2 diabetic which is a life-style problem of my own making of years of self indulgence, although it was controlled for 18months suddenly my sugar levels went hay-wire and resulted in me now having to have an injection twice a day (not insulin its a new thing) but it also made me realise that l should be doing more to help myself, although l had been watching and monitoring all sugar and fat intakes l had not learnt about the carbo's and which convert to the wrong [more...] | ||

| Does anyone know the law regarding single faith schools? My grand-daughter goes to a catholic school her sister is due to start pre-school and has been refused a place because she hasn't been baptised and they are also saying that she will not be accepted at school age, which means that she would have to take them to separate schools, the eldest this is her 3rd school in 2 yrs and she has settled and began to make progress surely faith schools are required to take a % of non-faith children (they are catholic just not been able to have them christened money a tad tight) l thought it was the first [more...] | ||

| Some of the recent topics and posts have left me a tad disappointed in the community, the insults that seem to be flying about both outright and back handed are to be honest pretty shi**y, if someone is not your cup of tea then keep your damn opinion to yourself or do like most people gossip with friends... Have a different point of view but don't insult others for not being on the same page... One gets the feeling that some people really think its ok to put others down for not being young,pretty or for having a different view to theirs. | Have l lost the ability to submit and obey? After being single for over a year, and only played a few times casually being only a bottom, l have begun to doubt my ability to be submissive, or even if l still want to be, because its not the play l miss its the warmth of intimacy, the times when you talk, the times when you go out to the theatre or just to eat and have that lovely private communication that excludes the rest of the world.
