| I have severe burning sensation in my big toe and part of my left foot due to the nerve damage after my op. I also have pins and needles down my left leg. | I have lovely blue support socks on to stop blood clots. As some of you may know they are really horrible to wear . at the moment they are causing a pressure sore on top of my left feet . With all the other pain I am in for fook sake ... At least give me some relieve..... Suggestions on a postcard | ||

| Last Wednesday I had a op to my spine. Told I would be in 5 days and that they will keep me pain free as much as possible .... Well 8 days later I am still in hospital and the pain is unbearable ... Feeling fedup so guess I am writing for a bit of cheering up [more...] | ||

yippee 2 lbs off, well actually it might be 2.5lbs but I am happy to say 2.. reason for the 1/2 lbs difference is that I stood on the scales twice and it gave different weights , the lady that runs the meeting insisted of putting down the 2.5lbs but I cant understand why their scales would give 2 different weights .. never mind I am still happy with it all  [more...]
