Mine used to be full of earrings, right the way round, ten in each one. Now they are very dull, three in one ear and one in the other. Two though are diamond studs. | So the burning question on everyone's lips - is my hair still purple? And sadly yes it is. So purple in fact that I have had to change my mind on what to wear to the meeting from hell tomorrow. My current favourite dress is a cinnamon coloured angora jumper dress, all soft and strokable but definitely looks rather jazzy when worn with black knee high boots. Except with purple hair, I'd look like a rather unappetising winter salad, all carrot and beetroot. [more...] | ||

| I have a list of things that I shouldn't do. Dye my hair when I'm tired is one, hence its current shade of not-so-fetching plum. Ten smegging minutes extra is all it had because I got absorbed in my book (Damn you Kushiel's Justice, damn you to Hades!) and my hair sucked the bloody stuff up like a sponge. | Been a domestic goddess today (made a chicken pie from scratch although we won't find out if it's actually edible until dinnertime). A real domestic goddess would have made the puff pastry from scratch and not cheated with jus-rol. But if it's good enough for nigella aka the most annoying woman in the world then it's good enough for me. And I have a desire to beat nigella severely and not in a nice way. Although I'd enjoy it. | Am in a slightly savage mood. Not because anything has gone wrong here (sorry to disappoint the few slugs who revel in the misery of others). In fact, it's more than good. | A boring meeting earlier this week, enlivened by a combination of sitting on a hard leather chair and discreetly adjusting my position to find the sorest spots. If I'd have been able to, it would have been even more of a pleasure to lift my skirt and sit on bare and bruised cheeks, burning skin cooled initially by chilly black leather. | Interesting discussion today with someone who shall be nameless (evil twin) about the difference between dominance and sadism. About how dominance is rare and sexual sadism is not so rare. About how easy it is to mix the two up, especially in bdsm life, and how much disillusion can follow from such a mistake.
