| I'm sat in casualty looking at what used to be my beautiful friend. I say used to be because this year its been like watching a car wreak in slow motion. She has bipolar diagnosed last year and has lost it on the lows hurting herself each time badly cutting her arms and legs this is out 3rd trip to casualty this year tonight she has aplit from her partner and trashed her house driven her car drunk taken an overdose and cut herself so badly I was nearly sick when I found her.
