| After finishing the first year of University, I decided I needed to lose some weight and completely cut out alcohol and all junk food and have now achieved the goal I set myself to achieve by my birthday and am quite proud to say that I have lose a stone in weight within a month by going to the gym constantly and keeping a healthy diet. | Most of the people who know me, know that I am currently busy trying to lose some weight before my birthday in September and even though I am enjoying all the workouts I'm doing in the gym it is so damn easy to give into temptation and snack on some lovely chocolate, I find it easy staying of alcohol as I've not had a drop of it for nearly three weeks now but find it so hard to stay away from chocolate and its not exactly helpful that its available in every shop that you walk past on a daily basis.
