| Rising reluctantly from a walk to a jog, my eyes roam round the little bay, a sandy beach contained by grey stone faced, concrete supported seawall. My eye caught a movement in the restless water, not twenty feet from me, a slim neck protrudes from a black back floating low in the water it's narrow head turning quickly from side to side in the grey light, then with hardly an extra ripple the bird dives beneath the green water.
