| So, I've got a new job which is going to involve me commuting just over an hour in each direction. Obviously, I did my research in advance and checked the choice of ticket and price three times before I went in today to buy the ticket. The woman behind the counter simply told me that there was no such thing. After an hour and a half on the phone to various different customer service departments, then speaking to a ticket inspector at the station, I find that I have the correct information: the ticket exists and costs the same amount as I've been told.
