| Well Six weeks clear ! Have I lost the urge to smoke? The simple answer to that one is NO! Don't get me wrong It was easy to stop once the mind is set however what I feel is important to share is that it is an ongoing quest to remain smoke free! I really did think that after six weeks I would have lost the urge but the triggers are still there after a meal, sat by the pc, watching telly etc. I think it is lucky for me that I don't drink alcohol or intoxicate my mind in the quest for enjoyment as I could quite understand why and how easy it would be to fall of the fence when one is not in total control [more...] | ||

I've done 31 days on the wagon and I've not put a pound on either. I'm over the worst now just got to never let my mind wander back to fags and carry on with life smoke free. It's great not spending money on fags. I am however still on the Nicotine 2mg CQ Lozenge, only using 4 a day and I'll come off these in the next 2 weeks  [more...]

| not sure how others feel, but i really feel like i have lost an old friend - a really good mate who understands me. I know my thinking should be readjusted but its hard - hard to live without someone after 25 years!!! | ||

Am going through a really bad time emotionally at the moment - the thought of a long drag on a fag is sooooo enticing! I really want a ciggie, want the rush it gives and the satisfaction afterwards
