After my body balance class yesterday, during which you have to be barefoot, I walked back to the changing room, passing lots of girls waiting for the next class. | In the past 2 weeks I started going to gym classes - Step and Bodypump - the result is agony every time I walk/get up . The Step classes make my calfs scream bloody murder, and the Bodypump class makes my thighs ache like I haven't felt them before lol [more...]
