| Yesterday I had my usual monthly meeting with my consultant re my injury but this time not only was there no improvement things have got worse. Looks like a long year ahead with at least 1 and possibly as many as 3 more operations on my shoulder followed by lots more physio work oh joy of joys The last 4 1/2 Months have been to put it mildly difficult for me and if it wasn't for the support of some very special people out there ( you know who you are) I don't know how I would have got through it all.
