| Went shopping today - to the London Transport Museum, primarily - but ended up going to Camden as well. Some bloke tried to sell me 'corset', which wasn't a proper corset at all, merely a fashion corset. I looked hideous in it and therefore did not spend £25 on it. There were, however, lots of other gorgeous clothes that made me wish I had the money to burn - well, the money to burn without having to account to Him where I got the clothes and how much I'd spent on them. | After a few months absence - mainly due to the fact that we now live several hours away and therefore have to find somewhere to actually stay - we finally made it back down to Bournemouth for the Consensual Kink party on the 2nd of November. Held at 30 Avenue Road in Bournemouth, the event is normally the first Friday of each month - though watch for a date change in December, when the event will be held on Saturday 15th instead. | Well, it's decided, we're off to Lovetrix this weekend, I'll be in school uniform... he's still deciding whether to wear his usual black or try for a school outfit too, since He managed to dig up His old tie. | Off to Hades for the first time tonight. I got to finish work an hour early, took advantage of the time to fill up with petrol on the way home - and the bloody car wouldn't restart. Luckily His parents came to the rescue and, as well as giving it a jump start at the petrol station, resoldered a loose connection that was causing the problem once we got it home. Now we've just got to hope that that fixed it thoroughly and we won't get stranded halfway there tonight!! [more...]

| The London Alternative Market is, as most people are aware, currently held every month in The Grand, near Clapham Junction station, so it's easy to get to by rail - unless your Master happens to decide that since you get free tube travel, but not overground, you'll have to walk all the way from Clapham Common, a distance Google Maps estimates as being about 1.7 miles. In the broiling heat that seems to have suddenly kicked in now that nature's woken up and realised that oh, it *is* summer, after all. [more...]

| The fact that our internet connection isn't working properly after some 'enhancement' work by BT and Tiscali is proving to be slightly less of a stumbling block than I thought it might be. In fact, we seem to have both been going out of our way *not* to snap at and argue with each other. I did burst into tears on Tuesday night, but that was more hormone related than just based on that. | Going through a disaffected period - June always seems to be like this for me anyway. The Consensual Kink party brightened things briefly but that's been the only real ray of sunshine, as it were. And, until yesterday, the only time all month that we'd 'played' properly. Which was not, for a change, through His choice, but mine - I've simply not been interested for the most part. | Consensual Kink - http://www.consensualkink.com or http://www.theckclub.com - is a (roughly) monthly fetish club held in Bournemouth. Not quite a year old, the first few were held at a venue until another more monied event took over their booking instead, forcing them to relocate. It's been a long road, and the club has been kept going in a dedicated form in a private location, but a public venue was finally found and on the 8th June, the opening night. [more...]

| We've now been living together since mid-February. Some things are turning out harder than we expected; a few things easier. Despite being closer to London we've done little to nothing on the going out front. | Work has been conspiring against us lately, and it's been nearly two months since we last managed to meet up - and even longer than that since we had more than 36 hours together. Typically the long separation has coincided with me finally managing to attend my first munch, so I'm all the *more* eager to play, and in my frustration, I keep lashing out verbally and trying to 'hurt' myself that way.
