| Bit of a touchy subject and possibly a bit triggering for some. I've been rather 'off' lately - full of nervous energy and experiencing very bad panic-attacks. Whilst taking out my rubbish yesterday, I accidentally banged my wrist on the door frame and actually experienced some measure of relief with the pain. I realise there's a very clinical reason for this - the adrenaline that comes from pain... the distraction from psychological troubles by substituting them with physical ones. [more...] | ||
