Life is packed so full of the most painful ironies, sometimes, and this week has been much more difficult to cope with than I had anticipated. Only one month ago things seemed to be looking so positive for me- at last, after so many obstacles and so much bad stuff and pain in my life up to this point- I was on the verge of getting something that I really, really wanted. I could hardly believe it, but it seemed that the one thing that I longed for was actually, really, going to happen for me. I felt so lucky, and so blessed.
