| I guess this is aimed more at those legally qualified on this site. I have always believed that in order for a criminal prosecution to succeed, it was a fundemental priciple of English law that generally speaking, there had to be an element of mens rea (guilty intent) in the commission of a crime. Now I accept that there are some offenses where the crime is absolute and the onus is on the defendent to prove innocence. But in the case of past prosecutions where injury has been caused during bdsm sessions but consent has been freely given for such injury to be inflicted, surely the question of guilty [more...] | ||

| I receive calls daily requesting online domination. Being a hands on Domme, I don't derive any personal satisfaction from this plus it is time consuming and not cost effective in My experience. So I turn down such requests. But, am I losing out on a source of income? | I read some interesting articles on here regarding branding slaves in relation to health issues and after care.3 weeks ago,I branded My own slave using a standard heated branding iron that was custom-made for me. I don't know if they are available in this country, but I applied DuoDerm pads daily over the branded area plus each time I changed the dressing, sprayed the area with alcohol. Throughout the healing period, there was no trace of infection what so ever and now the flesh is totally healed. | ||
