gloworm was a busy worm last weekend, he took part in a triathlon on Fri: 40 lengths swimming, then straight out the pool with a mega quick stop to put cycle kit on, then whizz off on bike to do 14 miles, comes peddling back very fast to sprint off for a 4 mile run! He raised over cpl hundred for a childrens cancer charity and came in 4th. [more...]
