| Today I watched the William Hartnell Dr.Who serial Marco Polo. Not bad, a cracking adventure story that manages to convey a journey across old China in the confines of a TV sudio. Even in those days the BBC were up to their usual high standard for a costume drama and the production values were on a par with I Claudius. And the villain wasn't a pantomime but a smooth talking and apparently very trustworthy rogue. I'd have bought a car from him. [more...] | ||

| I've just bought a new human hair wig and the fringe needs cutting to the proper length for my eyes. I might try and do it myself on my wig stand but if I can get it done properly by a professional then that would be better.
