| Have been speaking to a good friend of mine this evening. She will devise a good weight loss plan so hopefully, the more you see me, the less you'll see of me (if you know what I mean!). Hoping to start ASAP so jelly babies, jelly beans, marshmallows and chocolates will have to be put on hold till '09 though I doubt I'll last that long! [more...]

| I finally got my net back up and running so decided to check my messages. I was told by my sub that I had 35 memos so checked through them. About 12.30 I finally got through them all/responded then got a "New Memo Chat" so as you do went into it. Thought I had finished when all of a sudden I get another "New Memo Chat" as well as a new memo. It's been like this all day and at 17.20 (as we speak) I'm still getting chat messages. I know the saying "It's good to talk" but I have.....to......log......off....soon. [more...]

| Is an important date for me. Went to the doctors for a yearly MOT and said my blood pressure's dangerously high so he gave me a course of tablets. I'm now taking 3 tablets every day to hopefully bring my blood pressure down. He then said unless I don't do something about it, I could not only have a heart attack but have a stroke!!! I also got weighed. Told me that I'm OBESE and I'm thinking "OK, don't rub it in!!" Anyway went home and almost cried as my doctor wasn't very sympathetic in saying I've got high blood pressure/I'm overweight. Crying over. I then sat down and thought something [more...]
