Trotted along to see London's new "sex museum" type thing with mi amor. A good start - the £15 entrance fee was reduced by £2 by the nice lady on the door, and they only charged us £10 each anyway. So far so good.
Upon arrival, you're given a rather irritating handset. You press the buttons and listen to the exhibit being explained. The first chamber consisted of standing in a empty room listening to a projected image wittering on about how wonderful the place was.
Rod had his cock cast by Mastercaster, and we were hoping to find it in amongst the fanny n cock casts, but we're reasonably sure it wasn't there
The various areas cover erogenous zones, various types of sex, orgasms, sexual health, g spots/prostate glands, flirting, sex toys, sexual beliefs and anything else they could think of, including, yup, fetish. Quite a lot of fetish in fact, pretty pedestrian and not terribly well done.
The bits I enjoyed were the spankometer (mainly cuz I got spot-on first time) and the sex toys - where you could actually play with them. But you can do that in Harmony and Anne Summers without paying to get in.
Can't say I learned much. All I can remember is that 14% of blerks have had a toy up their bum and that Taoists believe that when a man ejaculates in to a woman, he loses strength and power, and shortens his life. The woman gets the opposite effect
I'd suggest cumming on her face as a compromise
Also, it tells you it's polite to ask before sticking your cock in her arse, and that forcing a woman's head down on your cock as a way of getting oral sex is rude. We obviously have a lot to learn about manners.
Rod described it as "too ready". There was a copious quantity of reading to be done, none of it overly fascinating. Some interesting art, but nothing you wouldn't see at LAM/LFF or CCK.
Lacking, decidedly in gay/lesbian, BDSM and group sex.
I noticed a few couples getting a bit touchy-feely and talking about their sex lives, so that's a plus point. We do both a lot anyway, so made no difference to us.
Lastly, there a viciously overpriced "boutique". A crop we would pay about £6 for was on sale for £20. Other items were similarly steep IMHO.
Our visit lasted an hour, and we really did look at everything.
If you're already open and experimental, I'd suggest you don't waste your money. We ended up there by default, as we'd planned to have dinner with friends, who couldn't make it. If we'd planned it specifically as an outing, I think I would have been very disappointed. If you took the semi-hardcore videos away, it would probably make a good sex education trip for schools. It is nicely done, but somewhat lacklustre.
Another plus point is you can hit a pig-all-u-like buffet in Soho, just around the corner, go home, and show 'em how it's really done
No trip with him is ever without it's bizarre or unusual twist. Indeed, I'd be disappointed if it were. This one was a huge kangaroo walking down Charing Cross Road.

| Us too, that's one of my favourites.
It sounds crap, another way of packaging and commodifying a way of human life that most people manage without paying £15 to take part in an interactive exercise in stating the bleeding obvious. Slamming the wasps from the pure apple of truth.

Roll up. Roll up!.
The Strapp Tart Trapp sex museum is now open. Enterance fee is £30 but there are concessions for girls in season. If I take a shine to you. you may get entered for free.
the "Not So Nyce" tour will start with a brief introductory talk. You will be handed a small box wih buttons, the tour guide will assist you with the wires and sticking the electrodes on to your sensitive bits.
As you go from room to room you will be instructed by the tour guide on which buttons to press.
You will get to see various exhibits including.
- Medical Play
- Instruments of Torture
- Pervertibles
- Electrics
- Rope Work
- Watersports
- The Infamous Magic Wand
There is audience participation for some of the exhibits. Bring a towel and a change of clothes. There is also an opportunity to try your hand at domestic service (duster, Hoover and rubber gloves will be provided)
Please do not be tempted to feed the slaves chained up in the bedroom. They are on a strict diet to maintain that emaciated appearance.
Refreshments are available, well I'll probably throw in a cup of Tetley's and a Rich Tea. Can't say fairer than that!
Each person gets a souvenir Scotch Bonnet thrust down their G-String to take home.
Strictly no admission to anyone wearing pop-sox.
Conventional wisdom is often more about convention than wisdom.

I went to a 'launch party' there tonight...which given it has been open for a few weeks seems a bit belated, especially as bits are already not working...and I agree with most of the write up. The spankometer is marked with a warning not to spank too hard as it is CCTV monitored...
We got free drinks and nibbles and didn't have to pay...but we both agreed it wouldn't have been worth £15.
Also, be warned if you do pay a visit...there are no loos...you get sent into the public ones at the trocadero at a £1 a pee...which given the £7m development bill seems a wee bit of an ommission (excuse the pun)
