No, not me silly 
Last Thursday I was invited to guest Mistress at Submission, a club I'd never attended before. I had a small amount of trepidation, as the club has a rep from ye olde dayes of fetish. Would I be surrounded by crinkly fetterati? Would my latex fit the occasion? Would I been seen as a smidge too arriviste dahlinks??
Happily, none of the above. I can report back a mixed crowd, old and young, fat and thin, exhibitionists and voyeurs. Submission has pulled the burlesque babes, the dance crowd and the old skool fetishists. If it were lacking in anyone, I would say players, but I'm sure that will be rectified with the larger dungeon, with lots more very playable kit from Infernal Mechanix.
After parking easily, we were warmly greeted by the two lovely door ladies, one of whom was a star and did my corset for me. As the club filled steadily, we chatted amiably to the security provider and his team, and again, full marks for friendliness. Coffee was obtained from the rather wonderful outside cafe which also sells food, underneath the stars! Extra Scooby points for the outside seating area and patio heaters!
The venue itself is well appointed. I thought the cloakroom was overpriced at £2 an item and pay again if you take something out, but that's London venues for ya. Large bar, well stocked and well staffed in the main area, which boasted it's own DJ. Upstairs, a chill area, with another bar and comfy seating and a gallery view over the proceedings below. The dungeon space was cool and well-spaced with a variety of equipment. Last but not least, a screened-off norty area, showing films that seemed to involve a great deal of nakedness and insertion. The club is blessed with some interesting quiet, dark corners, for those of us dirty perverts that like that kind of thing!
My night consisted of chatting to new friends and catching up with older ones, playing merrily in the dungeon and taking in the view gorgeous sexy people and fabulous outfits. A perfect night out! Rubber Ron is an absolute doll, his team put everything in to bringing you a top night out, and the club will go from strength to strength. Submission has everything I want from a club. Fantastic atmosphere, superb kit, an open, friendly crowd, good music and a decent bar. Better still, it's run by fetishists. Good old fashioned fun!
As I left at 4.30, I exchanged texts other half in Oz, telling him what a good night I'd had and how much he would've enjoyed it. It's the sort of place you can't not enjoy!
