| Christmas for many is a time people generally look forward to and as the day nears their excitement. I used to enjoy this period too and revelled in the festivities. This is an apology to those I have driven mad, intend to drive mad or just plainly irritate  In March I had an operation to repair the previously ruptured achilles of my left foot, considerable scar tissue was removed, along with a small piece of the bone of the heel. I was then slapped in a temporary cast on which I could not put any weight on that foot and housebound as a result. The initial cast was to come off two weeks later for a walking cast, but hospital delays and overbooking meant I had to wait another two weeks. [more...]

| Today has been quite a day for revelations! Three years ago an engagement I was in ended horribly and in the cruellest of ways. I was naturally crushed at the time, I had never experienced such pain. I knew I would work throughout and I was so very angry... that anger remained for so long.
