| That's me! I didn't realise that after the first 3 months of breastfeeding the stores I built up in pregnancy would have depleted, my baby will take everything she needs from me even if it means I go without the nutrients I need. On top of that I express extra milk for the milk bank for premature and sick babies - last month I donated around 4 litres! [more...] | ||

| I started my new class yesterday at intermediate level My old tutor retired and just had a mixed class which ended up teaching the newbies for half the time so it was slow paced. Sometimes us more experienced dancers would take a few beginers to help teach to hurry it up but boy I was surprised last night. [more...]
