| I am currently doing an essay for uni on 'The Factortame judgment effectively destroys parliamentary sovereignty in the UK' which is actualy a really interesting subject, well i think it is any how. Now i am really worried cause i am strugeling to keep it under the word limit and i hate word limits they smell and its so unfair, its a topic that is so wide and has so many different parts to it and how do they expect you to keep it under the limit, when a topic like this you could easily do your disertation on, which i am now considering but thats another weblog altogether. | Ok well they are not stupid per say, as i think the EU is a great thing and i like what they stand for. BUT i needed to access the Treaty of Rome, the pivital document in the founding of the EU or EEC as it was back then, and you would have thought an organisation of that size would have made such a document easily accessable as a pdf file or maybe even a word document for people to look at. | Ok well anyone who knows me very well or has read any of my weblogs will know I have been having some dealings with the police. Not as I have broken the law but as a victim in an attempted rape case. Now unfortunately the assailant had skipped bail and the police were having a lot of trouble locating him, so they could charge him and take this matter to court. Which as it had been 17 months or so since the attack was at times starting to get to me. [more...]

I hate my computer some times, buy a brand new movie with the intention of watching it and stick it in the dvd drive and will my computer read it! No  so instead of getting to watch a movie i think i am going to have to tidy my room. Though i know its not this disk because for some reason the drive won't play any movie's at the moment but it will play tv programs that i have on dvd and will read data disks. Grrr stupid computed |

I threw myself in to playing World of Warcraft this morning because I needed some space to think and I always find killing things helps me. Any one who has read any of my blog's of late would know that I have been not so much questioning my sexuality but more looking at expanding my horizons a little. Well 2009 is nearly upon us, and well it can't really be much worse than 2008. So with the ever approaching New Year and what not, it got me thinking about myself. Some of the things I bloged about this year, some of the things I didn't. It got me thinking about which direction I want to take my life in and where I want to go with it all. So I go in to 2009 with a resurrected name and a new profile with a few interesting additions to it.  |

| Ok I am kind of bored and have been doing some thinking, which is always a dangerous pass time. I unfortunately have to go back to my parents for Christmas, oh what joy. I realised its been 3 months since I last had sex, and my parents would not be to impressed with me having sex with some random stranger at their house. Girlfriends they have no problem with but I am not to sure how they would react to me having sex with just some random person. [more...]

| Ok I thought as I missed my 1000th post weblog I would do something on the 12 months since joining. Not that I am geeky or anything but I thought I would see how many stats I could make from my profile, and have to take in to account that this was a leap year not a normal one so all the stats are with respect to 366 days. | Today I decided to take 10 min and sort through my email account and delete any old emails that where no longer needed. Whilst doing this I noticed that the last time I had been contacted by the police officer investigating a serious offence, where I was the victim, was over 8 months ago. Now I went and checked through my sent items to see if it was just down to the fact I had not contacted him at all and maybe was my fault. Well having checked through the sent items, I had sent 2 emails in that time and received no reply back from either of them. [more...]

| Hmmm with out all my piercings in i feel naked, and its not nice. Have had to take them out cause got to have MRI on my knee, which after having a read on them takes bloomin ages and means i have to lay still for ages in a giant magnet thingy. So atm i really dont want to go have this done today. |
