| well there is a litle bit of conjecture about this weeks weight loss , theoretically it might be 10.5 lbs off , BUT as I had both my shoes on it was 8.5 lbs , so I will go with that....pretty pleased with the loss or what... | ||

| can it be this easy , I sit here , occasionally venturing from my pit , I can understand why people kill themselves , there is no life in not working , my life has been easy it hasnt been difficult , unlike some I know , I have a easier time than most , but its motivation , I lack it , I want to be get up and go daring , I used to be , three months without a job and I go to bed at 4am , up at midday , occasionally get to go to my family , or the pictures.
