 <title>Breakfast</title>
 <link>http://www.informedconsent.co.uk/posts/235011/</link>
<description>Rising reluctantly from a walk to a jog, my eyes roam round the little bay, a sandy beach contained by grey stone faced, concrete supported seawall. My eye caught a movement in the restless water, not twenty feet from me, a slim neck protrudes from a black back floating low in the water it&apos;s narrow head turning quickly from side to side in the grey light, then with hardly an extra ripple the bird dives beneath the green water. I know from experience these diving birds can travel considerable distances under water while hunting, but a few moments later the head reappears even closer to the seawall where I am doing my doctor&apos;s orders. </description>
