You may have seen me showing off the latest Geiger acquisition at a long ago munch or possibly even been allowed to worship them if I was feeling that way inclined at the time. Well this has all come to an awful ending, having spent the past 6 months in sensible shoes I am finally realising that those lovely slender stilettoes are no longer suited to my poor feet. Arthritic changes mean I either can't get into them or that I can't bear to wear those which do fit. So this weekend I am facing facts and accepting that my condition won't go away and my feet won't suddenly go back to rejoycing at my Geigers. I think its time to photograph them all and put them up on ebay so they will at least get an outing, admittedly some for the first time as I did tend to buy them purely for staying in and having them worshipped!
