We all have limits.. mine might be a wee bit odd but then theres not many odder-er.. However I do draw the line at having to use a damned sledge hammer to batter open my front door 'cos it was warped shut with all the rain, and I and the jukel were the bluddy wrong side of it... I'm sat here wondering if the wretched thing will open again now I'm inside, or do I need a rescue plan? [and to the that person who howled laughing when I told'em, your ass is mine mate when I get my foxin' paws on'ee]

..The day is better than it has been lately, so having no uber-slut to torment on line I got stuck into THECLEARUP...following the loss of my shed roof I mucked out goats who had it on their trotters down the drom within 10 secs of me opening their door I see that they are still on the hoof as 3 have just passed the kitchen window, but as its quiet here today they can run loose till feed time..It took 6 barrowloads to empty the shed, and I shared the last half bale of shavings between goats and ponies till I can replace the lost stuff.. Its been bloody chaos up here the last few days with gales and rain making life more than difficult..The new pony pen roof which came at the cost of Ł1400 only this spring after losing the old one last year in similar raging weather conditions, has lost its ridge cover and is once again open to the elements and all the bedding gone also one of the side windows has blown out..If it raises again tonight as forcast I am not sure what the end result will be. Now I'm a great lover of the~Season to be Jolly~ and even tho' I spend the hols alone except for the beasts, I drag out every piece of~ The Season ~etc decorations I can find..and drape it ding dong Merrily about the house and the bushes and the barn and the, well.. you get the picture. Last year I had 4 green things with branches...mainly for the cats and those cokerels who think indoor living is for them.. The selfbuild kit has arrived.... Its going to take some thought is this, [opens plans] I might have to bring in structural engineers to help me get it off the ground. I got the hammer, nails, crow bar, nailgun.. lots of support tressels and a good electric saw.. So all I need now is a nice calm day...a pair of stout work gloves and thunderous applause... as I raise the~ Human Hamster Wheel~ to its new home on the back paddock.. I intend to invest in one of B&Q's best windmills, and link the whole system to the mains, ....Now That will give the Old Git something to worry about.....

Some really special people in this world,...one of whom, knowing I would , like many others, be alone at Christmas, offered the comfort and sharing of their home...how really very kind...difficult tho' with beasts to care for..and I not feeling right about off loading my animals,... my responsibility onto some other person over their holidays... What makes it even more difficult is the ferries stop running for 3 days over crimbo and same over NewYear...so its stranded on the Islands , isn't it...And I so far away from anyone... This rare disease, only found in male Dominants of~A certain age~ is almost certainly fatal ..and while not contageous.. can give rise for concern to the public at large.
