| I spent years avoiding conversations about joining a gym i.e. suggestions that it might help me lose a bit of weight, tone up, how good it is to balance food & exercise, how great it makes you feel, how it's a good stress relief etc... | I feel tired and drained at the moment. My friend is off on compassionate leave - the female in to cover her has gone off sick, my other colleague has gone on annual leave for 3 weeks and not planned her work at all, the woman in to cover her is off sick - I am covering 3 full time jobs that all need to be done at the same time, at once.
