Sitting here in front of an open fire, chores done, bathed, G and T a my side all that's missing is Phil, he's having tea with his daughter. Final pay rise tips me into a very healthy bracket for my life style, simple pleasures are the best. Life is very good and I am happy!  |

| Forty five minute swim tonight after work, feels good. A meal at the pub afterwards, healthy options chosen. What I weigh does not bother me, the wobbly bits do. So we are both adapting to a healthier diet and adding on some exercise, it all feels and tastes good, hoping to drop a size by Christmas, no worries if I don't! |

| As some of you already know I have done a couple of photo shoots for a chap at work, photographing young people and elders crossing bounderies through music. I bumped into his partner in crime so to speak at work today and we chatted about the recent photographs I had done, then he asked me if I would freelance on his project! Blown away, I was chuffed to bits, now I have to work out what to charge as he wants to pay me as a proffesional. | Well it's day three on my life laundry, we have now cleared the hall, bottom of the stairs, the upstairs land and the spare room that was full of junk.
