I guess where I am right now is at the peak of the horizon I've been heading towards over the last few years. Standing on this hill top, one foot on a rock, brew in hand, I look around. Behind me I can see the route to date, with good parts standing out in the sun and bad parts fading in the mist. Some I'm bringing with me, some I'm leaving behind but they're just colour on the memories I'll take forward into the next valley. In front of me I can see the general lie of the land, the shapes of the rivers, meadows and forests across to the next horizon in view but I can't yet see the detail of the [more...]

Previously I had described myself as a switch but now I'm wondering if it is possible to be a masochistic dominant - "I want you to do *this* to me"; because that's basically where I'm at now. I've been around the scene long enough to know what my roll is as the sub on the receiving end once the playing starts, but I've also been around to know what my likes and dislikes are, that its a two way street & these also count for something and to have the nounce to voice them at the approriate time - hence the masochistic dominant statement, or does that make me a sub who tops from below which is not [more...]

It late in your local club. You've had a good time with the ususal friendly crowd & it's time for your beauty sleep. On your way to say good night to the host you notice her harrassed nature. As usually by now she is either chilled out or beating the arse off a "willing" sub and even in your post play glow you can tell something isn't right.
