| Seen from the bus thus morning at just after 5am, loads of cars in the car park of Leyton Mills retail park and a very long queue of people, I think outside Next. What is it about sales that makes people this crazy? If I didn't have to go to work I'd still be tucked up warm in my bed, what is it about the prospect of a bargain that drives people out in the cold at this time of the morning? I really don't get it. | ||

How since I changed my name and my profile, I have stopped getting even the occasional random wanky memo from blokes who want to piss on me without even saying hello first (you know the kind of thing.....). Please note I am NOT complaining about this state of affairs in the slightest, I am quite content that the only memos and messages I now receive are from people I actually want to communicate with  | ||

| I have a very old tattoo on my back. I'm not that keen on it any more, it's a bit cartoony and now pretty faded (it's over 18 years old so I suppose it could go to the pub and get itself a drink.....). I've been thinking for a while that I want to have it covered, when I had my last one done I asked the tattooist about it and he said it should cover pretty easily. [more...] | ||

| I have an external hard drive which I use with my laptop. Mainly I use it to store music which I download (via a couple of different sites) and play using iTunes. I've been having some problems with iTunes not being able to access what's on it and downloads keep failing..... I finally realised the problem - it was labelled as the F drive and for some reason (I'm at a loss as to how it happens) it has become the G drive. So the programmes I've been trying to run have been looking for the F drive which isn't there. Any idea how I make the G drive back into the F drive? | ||

I really want some. My local shop didn't have any  I am succumbing to a tendency to eat crap to comfort myself. This is thanks to having had an argument with a flight of stone steps on Wednesday night, a trip to A&E (in an ambulance), a bruised coccyx, bruised ribs and spasming back muscles. I'm rather doped up on diazepam and diclofenac which is mostly making me want to sleep. [more...]
