| Just finished listening to the audiobook of Pattie Boyd's autobiography, must admit I enjoyed it thoroughly (though a bit short). It makes a change to hear about the rock stars of the 70s from a wife's point of view. For those who don't know her she was the wife of George Harrison and Eric Clapton. | So this morning I was all set for taking pictures for the cover of the bands new CD but for the 3rd time the singer has called off the session. Now I've decided not to use her though the original idea was good she's too unreliable and time is marching on. | So there I am, driving along slowly through blizzard conditions, snow piling up and hard packed slippy snow under my tyres. Getting to Perth was ok, but once past Perth on the Glasgow A90 the conditions got worse and suddenly there was a huge queue due to a crash, prolly the idiots that zoomed pasted me earlier. After sitting for over an hour in the queue I managed to do a U turn and head back home. Anyways...back home safe n sound now. | ||
