| I have my car back. This has taken two weeks and it has been a strangely alienating experience not to have her in my life for a fortnight. She looks better than when I bought her, the garage having repaired a few blemishes that were nothing to do with the accident. Of course, I know that referring to a car as 'her' is one of the sure signs to a garage that they can double what they charge you. | I know that crime is different to BDSM but does anyone else feel uneasy when horrific crimes such as those unearthed in Austria recently come to light. The language often overlaps with BDSM - dungeons, people in chains, slaves and so on. I know that what we do is consensual and therefore a world away but surely some people must find it a little disturbing, if only for a moment, to hear the same terminology applied to an appalling crime. I do. | ||
