We talked for a short time, my stomach would turn over and over. Couldnt hold my excitement any longer. I just had to meet this man. The time came when we were alone, my heart was racing faster than I had EVER felt. He placed His arms around me, pulled me in close, gently touching His lips against mine. Words were hardly spoken. I knew that I was where I really wanted to be. I was in Love. Love is..... blind.

Yes love is blind, but when it is there and he is there it is wonderful - nothing else matters.
When he leaves - love is hell, wondering what went wrong, numbness and emptiness. sighs
Why do we let ourselves fall? Because we are eternal optimists in our hearts. Always looking for the one.
Time heals is the cliche so often heard, it is no consolation. Time just blunts the edges.
