Nothing quite like it………. Those of you who know this perverted pair from “op norf” will be aware of some of the crap passing our way. For me getting up in to the hills and letting the wind blow the accumulated crappy thoughts and emotions away was well overdue.

I am now the proud owner of an innie! No longer do I look down and see a filled and distended bellybutton. It’s now back to its former glory, definitely in and ready to catch fluff.

Couples grow together, is this a step to far?

On Wednesday I went to hospital for a consultation. A couple of worrying lumps were to be looked at. No problem as it was just for confirmation, a second opinion. So, after a brisk walk and in a cheeky mood I stripped off my shirt. As expected the lumps were diagnosed as lipomas. Its now seems I am no longer any good for cooking as I am too gristly and certainly not self basting!

Bamburgh

Simply stunning. An awe inspiring castle, in an incredibly beautiful and rugged setting. The North Sea was wild, spouting whitecaps and spume under a biblical sky. Views of Lindisfarne (Holy Island) in the distance, lit up in its own shaft of sunlight. A short bimble along the beach past families hunkered behind windbreaks and playing cricket, coming from the South West I am staggered by their fortitude.
