| Last night was my folks golden wedding anniversary. All the family got together and we had a proper party. Looking at my mum and dad, who obviously are getting on now I feel so very lucky to have them. I worry about the future and what my life would be like without them. So many people of my age don't have their parents around any more. Don't get me wrong, they annoy the hell out of me at times, especially my dad but when push comes to shove they have always been there for me. I have to admit, I did have a few too many but I needed it and deserved it. It was good to let my hair down with my family. [more...] | ||
