My heavy steel collar has been unlocked by my keyholder because he's not going to be around for a few weeks. I have taken the opportunity to give collar a good wash- I wash my neck same as any other bachelor  but collar was remarkably mucky- construction has lots of little corners and I will have to arrange for collar to be undone every so often for washing, it seems. | My collar has been removed- cut off- to make it lockable, a local switch friend will hold the key, and we have drafted a Contract, which allows for removal of the collar only in certain circumstances- I get a conventional job, or I want to fly abroad, or I get ill. My keyholding friend is a very assertive type when it comes to BDSM and he will hold me to this contract. | I have in the last week responded to three new contacts on IC, all of which requested a meeting, none of them have shown up. This is obviously vexing. But what is the cause? Are there people out there who enjoy looking at IC profiles and taking the piss? more paranoid, there's a group of vanillas who have got together to do this en masse? Is it nerves on the part of the applicant? Or is it an example of bad modern manners? That is somebody has a perfectly good reason for not keeping an appointment but just can't be arsed to tell me? | An earlier weblog detailed my heavy steel collar. To briefly recap, this collar is made from segments of medical grade stainless steel, pivoted on threaded stainless pins and held with domed nuts. The collar is 40mm wide by 10mm thick, and weighs around 2 pounds. At the time of writing my first report on this collar, it was fastened by a simple pin. This was soon replaced by a pin with Loctited nut, making the collar unremovable unless cut. I'd worn the collar like this for the best part of a year. | I have a pair of very elaborate knee high bondage boots. No zip up the side, thank you. They started life as 20 eyelet Docs but I modified them with a four inch wide strap at the top, fastened with three buckled straps, then six more straps down the front over the laces. Then the straps are bolted shut, one on the ankle being locked. Clanky chain harnesses on the ankles. They take about half an hour to get off, and tools and keys are required- a spanner, couple of keys, and wire cutters to cut off the ankle harnesses. But! My new collar which I designed and made myself is made of segments of stainless steel, and is 40mm wide by 10m thick- the fastening stud can still be pushed out but not by me- I'll need help to get it off- and all it needs is a special nut on the stud and it will not undo- only way out will be to cut it off. A few days ago I finished making a heavy collar- 10mm thick by 36mm wide, made of stainless steel segments, which are pivoted on turned pins, it proved to be too heavy and uncomfortable to be worn as a collar....so I have split it into two and made a pair of bracelets out of it. | No big deal but, I have been fastened into knee high bondage boots and laced side leather jeans for nearly six days. The boots started life as 20 eyelet Docs, which I have customised with ten heavy straps on each leg, some of the straps bolted shut, some fastened with lockable buckles, and there's chain ankle harnesses which will have to be cut off. The angle is however that I have put all the tools I could use to escape in a locking toolbox, with the key. | My slave phoned last Saturday, basically to say that he had fallen in love with a Chinese fella and can we still be friends?
