AlternativeNI has been going for some years now. It is a "closed" group in that you need to meet the Admin/Organisers to get to events. Events are held once a month at a private location. Due to the amount of NI timewasters who come onto the site it has been left to those who really want to join to find the URL. If you really want to be a member, that is the easy part.
