As many of you will know my dear friend Rosielady had to go into hospital yesterday for an operation. The courage she has shown over the past few months has been in inspiration to me and many who know her. Sadly I have some bad news for all Rosie's friends.

The shortcomings of the NHS are well documented and hardly a day goes by without yet another well publicised cock up and I have to report yet another one. I know they do their best and that they are dedicated professionals and in spite of all the money that is thrown at it there always seems to be chronic under funding. Yet you would think that in this day and age they would make less mistakes

It is with deep sorrow I have to report that Rosie will be home soon and back to her old ways.

Dont you care about peoples feelings ? How would you have liked someone to do that about someone you cared about.
