After considering my feelings toward D/s today while walking and discussing in the sun with Thea x....

I believe all are equal. We've made great strides towards that in the last century. What then of D/s. (or D/S)

Both parties bring their part. It is based on trust, mutual respect and love. The role they play in that partnership is chosen and freely given and of equal importance. It is theirs to choose to give.

That choice must be considered and re-given again and again. Perhaps even moment by moment sometimes. The choice and anticipation involved being part of the whole and an on going part of the relationship. Part of the 'build up' and 'pre-play preparations'.

I realise that this is not in line with the views of all others, and that's ok. I am quite accepting of other ideas and make no judgment. I merely state my thoughts and views at this time and am prepared to allow them to grow and adapt with time and new experience.

as usual edited for typo.

What makes it so deeply moving for me is that both parties enable each other to give so freely
