detatched... (2)

Feeling oddly detatched from the universe in general at the moment. I'm usually a sociable animal, but over the past couple of months I've lost touch with everyone...feeling a bit miserable about it...and just a bit miserable in general really (nope, this isn't a blog after sympathy...it's just getting some things down :)).

I really want to get out and do things, but I don't fancy doing any of them on my own...plus there is always the fact that I feel like I have nothing in common with any of my friends any more. I have had the odd email, text etc...but they all seem to just throw into relief the fact that I'm sat at home being pregnant while other people are actually doing things!

Just sick of being wrapped up at home, throwing up and tired constantly, feeling weepy all the time etc etc...can't wait to actually have this baby...really want to be two people, rather than feeling as though I'm vanishing as the baby grows.

Bah. Just need cheering up I guess.

I remember feeling like that when I was pregnant. Once the baby is born and you feel like you're almost back to your normal self, things will be fine. You can begin to go out again and socialise and then come back home to your gorgeous bundle of joy *smiles*

There are things you can do at home to make sure you remain in the scene, even while pregnant, for me that helped alot.

Take care and keep your chin up

Look on the bright side ...when you get really big, you can fall over without realising it.

Cheer up!! Both of you!!
