Food and weight issues! (3)

For many many years I got by on living on cups of tea and if I felt like it something to eat when I did the kids tea, (and No Ive never picked off the kids plates, *puke at the thought*)Id be hungry but would feel nauseous at the thought of having to eat something so would have another cup of tea, or on the occassions where id get light-headed and dizzy id force something down with lots of water, as a result i never lost any weight just stayed at what i was after i had my last child. Which is overweight. If I have food in my mouth for too long it makes me gag and is a case of swallow it or spit it out and then that would put me off the rest of the meal, amazing i can suck cock like i do really. :*

Since being with Master He has had me eating, a typical day would be cereal for breakfast, fruit mid morning, sandwich or some pasta dish for lunch, cereal bar or similar mid afternoon and then the evening meal with the kids (and its bin seriously hard work I have really struggled with it)

As with all things you get used to it and its not such the chore it used to be, BUT now since eating like I have been doing, Ive put weight on! stands to reason im going to .. Master is racking His brains as to why and unfortunately now worrying its something medical when its obvious Lazy slut aint doing enough is she?!! Well thats just changed, on top of swimming twice a week Im to do 30 mins outta breath excercise a day for the next week then 3 times a week after.

Im desperate for this to work cos if not I have to go to the Doctors and W/we all know what they will say/do!! Strict Diet and or those Fat pills they put my neighbour on and i must say worked but she now looks ill, so did they?! Anyway Master has forbidden a diet and fat pills *phew* plus I had my thyroid checked last year so i expect they would do that again.

One look at my food diary which indicates I have been under the recomended calorie intake for women a day and then running round after 3 kids and the housework and my job just isnt enough, which is quite daunting because i think to myself ill never be slim without excercising myself into the ground ... I wouldnt mind if I was filling my face with sweets and chocoloate, crisps, cream cakes and puddings every day Im not, rarely do such things pass my lips (im a savoury kinda gal) genetically Im not meant to be skinny, been there and I looked dreadful, I need the happy medium which W/we are trying to find now, but if this excercise doesnt work What Will?!

Ive even borrowed a bloody non electric tread mill thing off one of my clients!! Is Hell tryng to stay on the damn thing!! and Ill be getting my ass striped forever and a day if i do hurt myself on it but jeez whats a gal meant to do?!

I have to say hun, I am not a small person myself and always hated my size but If I got down I ate which turned into a terible vicious circle. But now I am going to the gym 5 days a week (some people may recall me moaning about it but now I love it) I work out 3 days a week and swim 2 days a week, Now I have to admit I havent lost a huge amount weight wise (getting on the scales) but I have trimmed up quite seriously. I got worried that I wasnt losing that much weight but the gym trainer explained that muscle weighs more than fat but he could see how well I was toning up and also that weight would come off very slowly (He made my year I think). My advise to you hun is yeah at first it seems like a bit of a chore and it gets you down but when your body starts to get used to it it starts to crave excercise and once you have done a work out it puts you on a real high, You begin to feel good about yourself and the world. So keep it up. Sounds like your Master has you on a good healthy diet. (BTW I have 2 kids myself and that extra weight you put on because of them it a bummer to shift but it does go).

And at the end of the day I say as long as you are happy in yourself and confident with who and what you are then everyone who is worth anything will be happy too.

Hi, you sound quite similar to myself, I don't really like food and tended to eat sporadically. I found Slimming World very good and the exercise three times a week hits the spot.

Master has since put me back on a diet so out comes the swimming costume.

Let me know how it goes, I'm on day one of eating healthy. It's hard to find time and the appetite but my main downfall is bread and easy things to snack on.

I always put Master in my mind when I look at food and or contemplate another length swimming etc. It does help, your desire to please Him along with your own desire to feel better yourself.

You know I gotta be honest, I just thought about it and wonder if any other people are embarassed to talk about their eating habits.

It really does mortify me to have to show Master my food diary and I find Im making an excuse for having eaten something. In fact it mortifies me way more than I thought, when He asks me I can feel myself getting defensive before He has even seen it yet I have no idea why a) I have these food issues and b) why i get so embarrassed by talking about it, thinking back to my childhood there is no one thing that would suggest some embarrassing moment at the dinner table or anything of that nature.

I refuse on principle to go to Slimming World and unless Master says I have to I wont, Im not paying through the nose to get weighed, I know it works for a lot of people and Im probs gonna have to eat my words if this excercise regime doesnt work lol and go to slimming world!

I get what your saying about bread and such like Im the same, Im finding the cereal bars are really handy to have about and the mini ryvita's and the like, they handy snacks if you dont want fruit anyway :) Quite sad really when most of my friends know me for 'Tea and Toast Please' LOL

I had Master in mind this morning stood behind me cane in hand! While sampling the torture tread thing lol Oooooooo *swoon* hehe
